2 large eggs
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with cooking spray.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
